rosicrucian order = freemasonry to some, mystical society to some...

freemasonry and mysticism = Christian faith is strongly against them

if u r a catholic & a freemason at the same time = ex-communication by the church
= your christian faith might be obscured by the freemasonry teachings & principles,
and also by mysticism.

There will be a FREE SEMINAR on this coming July 29, 2006 held at Diplomat Hotel - Elite Room, regarding Opening of the Third Eye sponsored by Order of the Hermetic Gold and Rose+Cross (Rosicrucian Order). I'm not a member of this group but they offer this seminar for free and it may help people in some way like attaining Peace of mind.

As what I've read Rosicrucian Order is an international nonsectarian fraternity that studies the higher principles of life, and claims to possess wisdom handed down from ancient times. Members learn about philosophy and the arts and sciences. The group may have started in 1400's. The Rosicrucian Order is not a religion. Members believe that people must understand and live in harmony with nature. The full name of the order is the ANCIENCT MYSTICAL ORDER ROSAE CRUCIS.

Kindly share your knowledge regarding this group.

bro, the one in diplomat hotel is order of hermetic gold and rose cross and is a another rosicrucian group. the one u mentioned on the last part (ancient mystical order rosae crucis) is the original and first nya wala pa silay formal organization diri sa cebu, pero sa manila, davao and other countries like US, UK, and australia, very active na.

The one in diplomat is indeed the Order of the Hermetic Gold and Rose + Cross. As far as I know, the original and first Rosicrucian Order is the one founded by Christian Rosenkreutz in Europe and that was a few centuries ago (I forgot the year). AMORC is the rosicrucian order founded by H. Spencer Lewis in USA. AMORC got its corporate entity in 1927 but was dissolved in the 1990s. A new corporate entity for AMORC was made in Canada.
