ur welcome. as to your other questions...do you really consume 3 cans a week? it is always best to consume fresh. canned goods still have lots of preservatives. dili bya ta lisod to get fresh fish.Originally Posted by Poor_Prince23

ako raba mukaon ug canned tuna twice a week, unsaon wa may moluto kaayo sa amo-a... ako nalang ning pangita-an ug paagi. naa pa rabay nahabilin 5 cans...

According to the site, FDA set a consumption limit of 1 ppm per week. And a can contains around 0.12 ppm. So if u eat 2 cans per week, that's only 0.24 ppm. So i think that's pretty safe.Originally Posted by Poor_Prince23

^^ @ P-Chan:
The site stated, "In small amounts, methylmercury is not harmful to humans but at very high exposure levels, it can be toxic."
Too much of something is harmful man jud, be it tuna or whatever food we take. Naa jud na bad effects if masobraan or even, kung makulangan... (i.e. Sugar is needed by the body. So naturally, it is good. But too much sugar level leads to diabetes.)
Mao na nutritionists or dieticians have set suggestions/basis on what to eat at the right frequency. But sadly, most people (and i admit, including me!) don't give much attention to our body's needs & malady.
