Cheapest motherboard you can get that can unlock cores is the Emaxx 780G w/ ACC. Or an MSI 785GT-E45. Manila price should be 3.2k and 3.8k respectively. Don't know about the availability nor the price dha sa cebu.

Nindot pud ang gigabyte, but if halos pareha lang ang price, I will still go for MSI simply because it's full atx.
