as far as I understand it, the machines which accepts your ballots are supposed to send data that will indicate a central system that you are currently voting and that your vote is being counted. if it detects that you have already voted (according to their system) then it should inform you about it, and not count your vote, though I dont know if SmartMatic has this ...

unsa gamit fingerprint reader? biometric? not all voters kay naka register gamit ang biometric system diba? so it will voter's id and voters list ra ang security measures? how will they know kung naka vote na ka? or lain panglan sa taw imo gigamit pag sunod nimo na vote?
