Naa kaayo tay xmas party but this is a site initiated xmas party. the company itself doesn't know what xmas means so the site director & program managers raised funds for the xmas party for CC6. I dunno w/CC4 if they have one.

It is indeed that the company is getting worst! It's not the company that i praised for before. I used to love eTel w/its ups & downs and weakness & strengths. I was very proud being part of eTelecare family but NOT NOW!
1. I understand 13th Month Pay is taxable since our bonuses for the entire year exceeds 30k. It is in our law on taxation that any bonus that exceeds 30k is already taxable. fair & square

2. Say bye bye to eTel tradition of giving ham & queso de bola every xmas season. As i've understood from Duane's email, the company (Stream) is a budget driven company, in short, STREAM CAN'T SPARE A LIL PENNY OUT OF ITS 70% REVENUE FOR HAM & QUESO de BOLA AS A SIGN OF GRATITUDE TO ITS EMPLOYEES.
3. Bi-Weekly Salary is a crap! I was under the empression that the pay wouldn't be affected since only the system has changed but after i got my payslip last 15th i found out that i was only paid for the number of hours that i worked for. Those days that i was on paid day off & SIL were no longer counted. Basic Pay computation is a MESS!
4. 2k bro? there is much worse than that. someone from kodia even got
P11.00? what do you think of that? poor agent bec she/he was forced to take a the SIL since she/he has more than 15 SIL credits. As we know those SIL credits more than 15 will not be carried over next year. Take it now or say bye to your priviledge!
5. All i can say is, the higher management has NO HEART! THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT XMAS MEANS!
By now, am gonna start gathering my colleages and we will stand up for our rights. I feel that there is a breaching of contracts that happen. Am gonna let them pay for all this mess!
