Communication is an important skill any leader should have good communications but it does not automatically mean that anyone with good communication skills is a good leader. Experience and performance matter.

On the topic, in fairness to Erap, he already projected a charismatic character being a "Robin Hood" in both movies and politics that makes him popular but not that good. Communications and wit indeed he does have it that is attractive to the "mass" of our populace but not to majority of the "literates".

Villar is a great choice. His communication skills is still to be fully tested but it will improve in time.

Daghan tawo maayo mo istorya. Tam is ug mga saad. Pakitang gilas sa mga forum. syimpre election gud. Pero ang dapat tan awon unsay iyang background, asa ang iyang loyalty, kinsay iyang company and ABOVE ALL unsay iyang stand sa issues.

Gibo Teodoro is now packaged as a eloquent speaker and a good President. But let us stripped him of that masked and reveal his true color that he is a Gloria Arroyo dog who will do the bidding of Gloria and his allies.

Let us not fall into his words that he can not be dictated upon. What is his assurance? When in fact of all the years of the Arroyo administration he stood by there, standing with the President and expressly saying his loyalty to Gloria Arroyo.

    DI NA GYUD TA PAILAD!

Gibo Teodoro is the rear guard for Gloria Arroyo and worse continue the kind of governance that we suffer for the last 9 years.

    Say your piece.

sakto ba ni? wa malipong? good public speaking skills?? sure uy.... how could you consider erap good at public speaking??

weeee..... it is essential to have a leader who can speak well and is articulate since an effective leader should have a very good communication skills.... he should be able to show how strong he is even in his words alone.... yet having such skill doesn't assure a leader could lead the whole country with that alone.. it needs more than wit, sometimes it needs alot of action and work...
