yes for the battery issue, you have to switch it off. and yes the additional software is a bugger when playing games. i kept asking myself why i can't switch to secondary weapon that fast, ang software diay culprit. it's that right button feature thing.
@andz: yup naay warranty. i think it isn't defective. coz when i first started using it on XP, it was fine. when i switched to se7en, it was fine for a while, then it effed up the next day.

Basta wireless mouse and or keyboard naa jud na cya'y LAG maski high end pana. The best way is to setup properly the wireless adapter to avoid interference.
