jlampo: sorry for the late reply. wasnt able to check istorya for a week. 60 square meters ang floor area kada unit sa ground floor, tapos 45 square meters sa 2nd ug 3rd floor. hugaw pa man kaayo ang apartment kay wala pa nahuman ug limpyo gud kaya dili pa mapicturan. naa nako pictures pero naa pay mga gamit sa mga trabahante.

ah ok lang bro.. atlist naa me idea unsa itsura sa apartment...post lang nya.. murag bug.at au ang 1Month advance & 2 months deposit sa 10k bro.. kung pwde lang 1 month advance &1 month deposit..

jlampo: mag post ko karon ug pics but pasensya na if wala pa gyud na-fully limpyuhan tanan. regarding the advance and deposit, we still have to finalize everything man gud. cge lang, we will advise kung unsa man gyud ang final namo nga decision about this. we will inform those who are interested. surely, by january, mafinalize na tanan and mapuy-an nasad ang units
