Depende sa reason sa break up sis. ako x kay bitter pas ampalaya, but ok nman karon. naa mn jd na ang love, nakuhaan nlng.

naa man sad uban bitter even if the decision to break up was mutual because of EGO .. we can't help but feel this coz it hurts to think nga our partner has found someone better than us .. samut jud na labi nag your ex has moved on and found another partner before you do .. hehe

there are two things why its like that:

1. its coz you were so hurt by what he/she has done
2. its coz your trying to convince yourself that he/she's not worth it even though at the back of it all, you know he/she is all you want... its like a defense mechanism...

i do agree on the dpende sa pag buwag... kai u wont feel bitter man cgro if he/she fall out of luv nimo... or something like he/she goin somewhere far na both of u know maglisod survive nyong rel.. db? but kung nagbuwag mo kai naa xa lain or something na he/she cheat on u... kana u'd feel bitter jud... naa pa jud 1millions questions kauban... what, why and how...

bitternes takes effect kung walay ayo nga closure sa inyong panagbuwag..or ang usa ka partner wala pa kadawat nga buwag na mo..unya dili gusto ug peaceful end...kanang dumot ang show mao na bitter jud na..napay aligotgot sa dughan..pero in due time mura ma heal ra man if u will learn urself to let go...
