@TS....metal man tirada nimu brad sa?...sakto c adrianb...para pud nako wa jd gamit compressor labaw na metal2x...pero if nahan jd ka compressor,hmmm...lisud ka pangita ug tag 1k..mag labad imu ulo ana sa baratuhon nga compressors kay they tend to get really noisy...unless naa kay NS2....![]()
hangyoa lng to akoa bro?..sakai lng gamay ang 1k..murag lugi man gud ko if 1k hehehe peace ^__^
@adrianb
bro, this is what i've researched man gud and mao ang recommended settings sa ako pedal....
"The Tri-Gain and Dual Gain switches add volume and the levels are different depending on the components selected. This can be an issue if you need your setup to maintain a certain volume level. By placing a compressor after the gain pedals you can tame the volume and still enjoy the benefits of the different gain setting the switches give you. The compressor will act as a limiter and even out the volume differences. The effect is also very cool. Try it and I think you'll agree."
I was planning to buy a 30watt amp hoping that ma kaya ang dual and tri gain mode sa ako pedal, but na try na lang nako bisag a fender 100watt amp and bisag Line6 Bogner with 100watt cab mao lang gyapon ang result, murag mu barag ang amp inig dual and tri gain mode na... huhuhu...
@PGM_301
o bro, kagud-kagud/gabas-gabasi guess i'll be pairing it also with a suppressor, wa paman gud nako na appreciate ang 2 ka modes sa ko pedal
@mikspx
pass lang sa ko sa plastics bro.....![]()
i see...hehe gamiton nimu ang 2 ka modes d.i on the same song?...it can go either way bro...you may or may not like the effect of the compressor pedal on your overall tone...suggestion lang nako, huwam sa ug comp pedal sa mga kaila nimu to test if nahan ka sa resulta kay basin masayang imu 1k...c "dariuz" diri sa istorya is planning to sell his Monteallums BOSS CS3...i've been crazy with analog pedals before until i got sick of it and ended up selling most of 'em..haha and by far the best compressor i've tried is the Keeley Comp, i had a chance to try it back when bryan came home and we had this jam over at Mel's studio (desertfox)...very transparent ang Keeley comp..doesn't really sound like you have a compressor ON...mahal2x lang jd nuon and lisud pangitaun..pero you get what you pay for nga walay mahay....Goodluck bro..
Adding gain does not necessarily add volume, though i don't know how the tri-gain and dual-gain stuff on your pedal work. Also, a compressor placed after a distortion pedal doesn't sound good to me, normally it's compressor -> distortion pedal. If you want to control volume levels then you need a limiter after the distortion, not a compressor. A compressor brings weak signals up to the threshold to even out the levels of the strings which may not be what you want.
monte CS-3 compressor/sustain + monte mt-2 Sustania Tri-Gain Plus MOD = Alcoholicarl AKA " the GAS-MAN!"
grabihang carl oh!!!!
