hahahah u dont need to train in a call center academy to develop good english skills....

there's an ENGLISH subject in school... thats what its there for... unless cge lng kag CUTTING CLASSES sauna...

Watch American TV series... No need for someone to teach you how to be confident and speak english fluently. Bisan dle kau ka kabaw mu enengles basta magkasinabot lang and confident ka. Dawat ka for sure! yaw lang sad pahalata...hehehe

my tip if you wanna work in call center. apply lang diretso sa cvg. ul get a feel of the interview, exam, etc. if you fail, you get to do it just after a month for agent position. sa iba kasi 3-6 months pa. then if nakasulay na ka, u can prepare na or even try other cc, almost the same ra process.

There are a lot of people here who are willing to coach you for free if you just ask for their help. There is really no need for you to enroll in such an academy but of course, it may have its advantages too.
