Hear ye! Hear ye! Calling all hobbyist, amateur and professional photographers. We need your photographs for the Guitar Festival 2009 Photo Exhibit. But before that, we have some simple rules so you can join:

1. You need to submit 2 photos of any of our featured guitarists (list will be provided soon) to join.
2. The registration fee for the two (2) photos is only Php 200.00. An additional fee of Php100 is needed to register three (3) additional photos. NO limit of the number of entries. The additional fee is just to discourage "mass submissions", and thus ensures everyone that all your valid submissions will be thoroughly examined by the judges.
3. Format: BLACK IN WHITE, 300 dpi, 8x10 inch format. (DO NOT PRINT, save in a CD)
4. No special effects on your photographs. We only allow changes to black and white, and cropping. This contest are for photographers not photoshoppers. Thus, we will also require that you submit a raw file of your photos.
5. Submit your entries on a CD at The Outpost together with your name, contact number, email address, title of the photo and payment.

Final submission of entries will be on November 22, 2009. Our panel of distinguish judges will choose the final 10 and will be displayed at The Outpost. Awarding will be on Nov. 28.

Special prizes await for the winning entry.

stock photos ni siya, photos you have taken of the guitarists of Cebu. unedited file diay pasabot sa raw file, not necessarily katong RAW jud sa new cameras.

good for 3 photos man ang 100pesos. and the reason ngano dili kaayo barato ang fee for additional submissions is that para dili kaayo daghan ang isubmit sa each participant. this is to make sure that each submission pinilian na daan sa participant himself or herself.
