i dont have plans on filing a case to the shop but i want to make sure that these errors should never happen again.

mao gani d sala sa shop pero sa mekaniko so there is no reason to tell the name of the shop.
if i knew the full name of the mekanik i will post it as soon as i can.

I would have to agree, one of the points you posted this message is not only to tell your ordeal (wc i'm sorry to hear) but maybe letting us know of the shop where you had work done to be aware of things (seldom u see posts about ordeal without the complete info of a place you had a problem to begin with). I'd hate for someone to go through a similar ordeal because we weren't warned. Now the fact that you mentioned a settlement may sound good to just you and owner , I think it is ones personal responsibility or duty to make aware to all.

Then again you have every right to keep it to yourself too.. and once again its good to hear you and your family are safe

sad to hear nga ingon ana nahitabo bro. good thing safe ra mo. i would say sala jud to sa mekaniko, hinuon dili tanan tawo perfecto. so it would really help na e check jud nimo personally ang car before ka mo leave sa shop. so for future nga mga paayo, better check na jud. dont trust it to the mechanic completely kai naa jud mga danghag pud.

correct. i do have a right to keep it to myself.
listen if this kind of incident would ever happen on that shop, i will be the first one to file a criminal case to them. "yeah i know som1 here would quote this and say why wont you just tell the shop name already!".

please understand that the incident was caused by human error. probably that mechanic was already fired.
any shop backyard or large casa even at your garage. there is a POSSIBILITY of this happening. regardless on where you service your vehicle. And to be honest i would rather go to that shop again to service my vehicle because i know that they are doing better. Na tagam naman sila and they wouldnt want that to happen again.

my only responsibility on this post is to keep people aware of that possibility. i do not want to destroy their reputation. since i liked their workmanship. except that wheel nut incident.

all im saying is don't let 1 bad apple spoil the whole bunch.
