backpacking is definitely for me. planned on doing Visayas-Mindanao too.
we've tried backpacking pod just recently to schengen states. lingaw kaayo amo adventure. from munich, we went on a train to Nuremberg, Paris, Luxembourg, Brussels, Amsterdam, Bremen, Oldenburg, Berlin, then Hamburg. 3 mi ga-backpack, then naa mi kaila to most of the cities that we went and didto lang mi nakitulog. for some cities, kuha lang mi cheap hotels, or sometimes amo lang ibilin sa locker sa train station ang amo dala. lingaw kay mora mi ga-amazing race nga ga-sige bitbit sa mapa then gukod dayon sa schedule sa train. In Europe, there's also a Eurail Pass that you can buy. This pass will allow you to ride any intercity trains and buses for a certain period and for a certain number of countries. In our case, we took the 3-countries/5-day Eurail Selectpass (check this site: http://www.euraildirect.com). That was Germany, France, and Benelux. I suggest you try that one kay mas maka-save ka kaysa mokuha ka ug individual train tickets.
In most cities sa Europe, you can find City Sight Seeing Tour bus. This would normally costs 15 - 22 euro per pax. Nindot ni sya kay sakay mo sa double-decker tour bus then ituyok mo sa city. then naay mga stops and pwede mo manaog para magsuroy-surot and picture-taking, then after that pwde mo sakay sa next bus. ipakita lang ninyo ang ticket. normally the bus will come every 15-30 minutes. kung inyo jud ni suliton, it would take u the entire day to check all the stops/tourist points. pro kung tapulan mo manaog, it takes 2.5 hrs lang. every bus comes w/ a multilingual audio guides sa mga lugar na inyo agihan. you can check info about city tours sa mga train stations.
i wanna do also backpackin sa mindanao i have an officemate before he did that already unya he brought with him like 15k pero iya nagasto sa iya tour kay mga 7k ra daw unya daghan na sya na visit places sa mindanao well his a guy and ussually daw stop over sya in police stations and adto nalang sya maki tulog its a nice experience ganahan ko try ani mas adventure tinuod if maki tulog lang ka police stations dala lang ka tents![]()
I've tried backpacking before in Camiguin. Ok adto didto during holy week na time kay bibo kaau.
nohh? hadlok man ko anang police stations oi.Originally Posted by Alvintot
