tinuod na likaye nang mga parat nga pagkaon kay one time I was in the border line na. my blood pressure is 140/90 my doctor told me not to put any salt on my food for a month and so I did what my doctor told me. pagkasunod nakong check-up, my blood pressure was down to 120/80. pero karon mokaon lang gihapon ko ug mga parat pero panagsa nalang kaayo unya diotay lang tambal sa kaibog.
healthy diet and exercise....
di man sad pwde magxcercise kay motaas man ang blood![]()
kn hi-blood mo maybe because you're over stressed...kn grabi na kaayo go to your doctor or see a cardiologist just let them check you out... there are lots of reasons why our blood pressures go up...
excercise lang jud and healthy eating, dont forget pud for regular check up..
cardio exercise is a major part in the control of blood pressure. it only requires 30 mins of an increase of at least 20% from the resting pulse rate... brisk walking, jogging, cycling, aerobics, swimming...Originally Posted by bolayog
