if you are near basak, lapulapu try to visit rox gym. that is infront of cadillac cafe and on top of first med pharmacy. nindot didto kay ang tag-iya gyud ang instructor unya tudluan gyud ka niya personally.

I trained at Jams Fitness Gym for almost a year. To answer some questions posted here.
instructors: yes (3 for bodybuilding)
bayot: morag wala man ka sense ang gaydar ko
chicks: gamay ra. kung naay aerobics session, modaghan


ok ra man ang gym based on the equipments (daghan plates og dumbbells, adequate number machine, no powered threadmills) and floor size. what i like is the vibe ky hardcore and friendly ang mga staffs og instructors. very affordable ang rates (400/month, 30 for locker).

besides bodybuilding, naa sila boxing, mixed martial arts and various type (dance and such) aerobics classes. i don't know what time sila ga-open but mo-close sila around 9pm from monday to saturday.
