    Even criminals have their own rights and still considered innocent kung wla pa hukmi sa judge. They are people don't treat them like animals.

    How exactly do you get an escaped prisoner to appear before a judge? Perhaps just wait for them to develop a conscience? Remember than many violent criminals remain at large because of their intimidation tactics and the fear they instill in law-abiding citizens. That is exactly how a few rotten individuals are able to turn an area into a lawless zone.

    harsh ra pud oi, even they deserve the benefit of the doubt. but then again, hardened criminals should be given the punishment they deserve. the sad thing is, if they are rich and powerful, they're most likely going to receive a milder punishment than they deserve... and some times they even get away with it. our justice system is really screwed up.
