it's very impossible to reject a person without hurting his feelings.. have u ever experienced being rejected? then u would surely understand my point.

for me, the better thing u shud do is to be honest with him. tell it straight to his face.. if he'll get hurt, let time heal it. depende ra pud na unsaon nimo pag sulti sa iya.. you should be gentle enough and make him understand.. that wud be less painful ksa imo sya paasahon.

friend of your friend? why not tell your friend straight nga wala kay gusto sa iyang friend? maybe he/she can do something about it. aside from that, tell him that you're busy maybe in that way he will respect your space.

but take this from me (as a male). men won't stop as long as they can see some little chance or hope. maski wa ka ganahi ana niya but sige nmo ug entertain iyang mga text ug calls he will assume that ok ra nimo. it's either you tell him a straight "no" or ignore him. if he's man enough, he will respect your space and decision.

aw kung motawag xa sa imo ang mga ipang tubag lang gud nimo kay "O", "ambot", "dili", "ok lang". kanang straight lang ang tuno, kanang pinawalay kabuhay-buhay. balik2x lng na dba makasabot nana...
example:
