i have been a loyal customer of CFG since they started.. i've had almost accessories installed there especially due to the convenience of being open on sundays..i have 2 cars, one is new Honda Civic, and one is an old 1992 mitsubishi lancer GLXI... lately, i've noticed that whenever i bring my old car, i always get a cold treatment.. i've heard other people getting the same experience, but i tried to ignore it perhaps because i preferred convenience rather than heeding to rumors.. but that was all compounded with what i experienced yesterday while trying to enjoy "the convenience"... i went at CFG Ayala at around 9:50 am.. before they opened.. at 10:05 am, the store still didn't open... the guard in charged told me they had to wait for the person in charged for the keys... i waited... finally they opened at about 10:30am... i was first to come in... signed the job order for the replacement of my steering wheel for my 1992 GLXI.. with haste in mind and being a sunday, i asked the person in charged how long will it take to replace the steering wheel... won't take long, Sir.. so with hope in mind, i left my car.. mind you, i was FIRST to park my car in their shop area...then i roamed around the mall for more than an hour.. went back to the shop at 11:45 am.. only to find my car parked outside their working area.. the work not even started...i was told they will start to work at 12 noon 'coz they had to PRIORITIZE the tinting jobs... and yes, for new shining cars.. with despair, i left the shop... dropped by to talk to the assistant manager who apologized for my inconvenience..but the damage has been done... CFG? NEVER AGAIN...
