people who voted for him does not and never cares what the future of philippines. they just want to see him in TV and nothing more. that's why i can never see the opposition as great as it is. they just keep on opposing the current administration but they themselves dont have principles in life. they are just using each others ass just to be a step higher. im no pro or anti coz im 100% sure they are just playing us and stealing our money. arroyo is worst but erap is more worst! they are just on the same boat even how you look at it.

I wan't to be fair on Erap's side,

    - Birth of Adopt-a-school program with the help of private sectors
    - Saving of the Ifugao's rice Terraces

    Not yet confirmed:
    - Jeep ni Erap (?)
    - Erap Foundation (?)
    - Housing Projects conducted by the Economic Coordinating Council (no data found)

Those are the only things that are worth noticing, the rest are empty promises.

i think saving the Ifugao's rice terraces was started by Fidel Ramos and then after his term Erap just continued and push it a bit further than what Ramos has done. but that being said, it was already someone else's plan and he just continued it... those are maybe one of those little things i like or was good from his term..

im still wondering what big things he has done to have the kind of support he got now.

It was written in the book that his "Erap Para sa Mahihirap" slogan, was the cause of his popularity among the masses. It's easy for the masses to get "inspired" by those kinds of gimmicks.

From what I understand he stole a lot of public money, was convicted and sentenced to stay in his luxury mansion for a few years, was pardoned in return for promising not to run in the next election. Now he is running again and the moral of this sordid tale is?....Empty promises in return for a chance to fill your pockets with billions of other people's pesos is a nice deal!

Did he do anything positive while in power? Not really. How can a person who was removed from office under such shameful circumstances possibly be allowed to stay in politics and who in their right mind would support them?

You can read in Wikipedia: Joseph Estrada - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    His more notorious scandals are:
    1. Received millions in jueteng kickbacks
    2. Manipulating the Philippine Stock Exchange, specifically insider trading of BW shares
    3. Opening an account in Equitable PCI using the name "Jose Velarde". Signature matches his, especially "Jose" and first four letters of his signature when he signs "Joseph" are identical.
    4. Construction of a mansion in Boracay for his mistress

Simply because the old practice of political system in our country, mentioning our lower class patriots still instill their old practices, that they think that being so popular into movie screens, heroes in some action movies are just the same person whom they think as heroes who can handle our ceaseless problem in our beloved country PHILS., perhaps i could say that ERAP is totally out of his mind without thinking in running once more his fate for president "kono"..where its nonsense & unbearable leader..wala pamo matagam!!!
