you can actually buy a router with 2 WAN ports there is even availableÂ* in the market today that can catter up to 4 WAN. Your requirement is a bit advance expect some cost involve that if you llike to have better quality.

Connect your 2network in star topology(even two hubs/router are connecting each other.)
1. goto network connection properties.click the properties of the TCP/IP.Assign IP address of each PC.Make sure two networks has the same SUBNET MASK.
2.Assign DEFAULT GATEWAY for each network.
a. NETwork A for GLOBE must have the same DEFAULT GATEWAY.and DNS SERVER.
b.NETwork B for PLDT must have the same DEFAULT GATEWAY.and DNS SERVER
- Now your PC's can have the gateways you've just installed. (Yes you can assign multiple gateways in a PC running Windows 2000,XP, Server OSes.) By this, your PC's can now enjoy havig 2 or more gateways.
- Add as many DNS Servers to each PC as you can (the more DNS servers, the merrier.)
- What ya waiting for, now do it.... kekekekeke
