get a 790gx motherboard from brands like emaxx or foxconn kay mag-upgrade man kaha ka to phenom puhon. 790gx and new designs are optimized for am3, which mao jud na imong dalan sa upgrade, hehehe...

im not sure kung worth it ba nimo mag 790gx na mga chipsets kay mahal man nya you cant use ddr3 on those boards i think kay lahi na ang mga pinning sa mga rams. kung mao na imo onboard usa gamiton for callofduty and burnout paradise basig ma dala pa lowest setting pero imo frames basig mga 30fps ra max or duol2x ana im not sure kay wa ko ka sulay nag onboard ani na mga dulaa. paabot nalang sa imong new card bro. suggestion lang kung maka hulat pa ka ato. ^^,

u dont use DDR3 for mid-range rigs like what the TS wants. ddr3 are just too expensive pa karon. i dont suggest not 7-series AMD chipset or 5-series nVidia chipset kay u will be limited to ddr2-800, not unless mo-OC ka sa RAM which is delikado. emaxx i know sells at around 4k and are already optimized for an AM3 processor, though they are really AM2+. its onboard GPU also can play some nice games at pretty decent FPS.
