did your wife bring the phone to some other cellshops other than Audionet bro? I think daghan man jud kaau mga cellshops dire sa cebu who can offer phone unlocks for minimal fee, aside sa audionet lang.. and audionet as I read somewhere sa istorya has some bad image before sad.. though know if that was true or not.. anyway have your wife check your unit lang bro.. if s/w unlock ra na. a simple downloading updated tool to unlock can counter the updated s/w you said.. naa daghan ana sa 'Net.. I think any cell tech guy who is knowledgeable can easily do that

ok....ni adto ako wife sa gizmo yesterday...wala sad nila ma unlock..v11 man ang phone...but lako kabalo y dli ma unlock...i think adto nlng ni og nokia center...

as of now mga bro and sis...amu sa i try na ma open ok...but hold lng sah inyo offer...and the price wala pako kabaw pero dli sad ko mahal mu presyo pud no worres...pending lng sah...

this unit has been thru 2 other shops before ending sa amoa sir...ang version is not the issue...we can unlock all version of 5800 no problem man...the problem with your unit is it has invalid provider error preventing us from unlocking it. i suggest you claim the warranty for this unit...naa ni siya problem...also while your at it, get a replacement unit with version 21 or higher

btw, your unit is version 11...its quite old and very buggy...2nd oldest version in fact. we have unlocked several dozen 5800s with version 11 and 21 without any problem what so ever...

just an update, the unit was unlock when i got it with running version 21... problem lang niya is mag sige ug restart..
