Bro thanks sa input, I called AC/DC they said wala jud daw brand new nga battery for UPS replacement nila then I insist nga sa price for the labor and parts maski price range lang di jud sila kahatag I dont know why it should supposed to have price.

About my UPS heres the pic:


I dont know how to remove it kay walay screws ako na kita murag gi lock type lang ni. Can anyone help demonstrate me how to open this?

About the batter near san jose? sa carbon? pila pud?

About sa price 600-700 well murag mahal ra jud na kay brand new APC UPS nag inquire ko kay P2200 ra if cash price mo differ pa barato ang price I better buy nalang if mahal jud or wala ko makita cheap nga di mo abot ug P500

Based on the pic below, you would probably need to pry it open using a thin flathead screwdriver.


I haven't had a go at replacing a UPS of this type but hopefully others here would be more helpful.


I'd take whatever AC/DC salespeople say with a grain of salt (especially over the phone) since 99% of the time they would answer "No" even if naa ra diay to... they're just too lazy to bother with finding a solution to your problem. You'd probably be better off going to a more customer service oriented nga shop and ask for someone in charge.

Ok na ako na na open akong UPS sayon ra ilisan ug battery. I called ACDC main they said naa sila batter para ana but still ako dal on akong batter sa UPS for basis.

I am quiet sure batter ang problema kay d naman jud cya ma charge no matter pila ka hours ako i charged. Wala pud bloated caps, transistors ok! pcb walay burn out etc..sinaw pa kaayo ang sulod wala pud smell na sunog.
