initial interview first. then exams (listening, typing, technical skills). very easy kaau. elementary questions. basta be sure lng to pass the initial interview and im sure the rest is easy. kung dli mo kapasar sa exam kay paretake-on mo hangtod makapasar mo. well, in-ana natabo nako before. im not sure lng karon ha.
ana cla lisud sudlon ang convergys. sayopa kaau. sayon ra dri convergys. ang meju lisud kay sykes ai.
