*wa ko naka try or remember sa 1/4000 pero ni assume nalng ko kay naka sync ko ug 1/1250

are you referring to the FP feature? i used Di622 Nissin (not nikon flash) with my D80 and i can sync also at 1/1250 shutter speed.
