you could try 9600gt sonic, 6k i think or less. I agree what poldo said, i think its really better if you purchase a good power supply. So many good brands.. Corsair, Silverstone, Gigabyte, Antec, etc. Better be safe then sorry

kanang pinaka barato na brand bro na murag bang for the buck na psu sad.
one question... if ang ako psu kay 1000watts nya di nko ma maximize ang suyop ang ako magamit kay murag 300watts ra ang suyop niya sa koryente kay 1000watts ghapon or mo adjust siya??

pwede ra.. the point of having a 1000 watt psu, is that you can upgrade to any high end video card, dual, triple video cards, more hard disks, more overclocking, etc. And you won't need to upgrade your power supply in the future..

the thing is never jud ko mag dual videocard or mag overclock. upgrade ra nuon. so mga pila man ka watts na psu ako gamiton if di man gani ko mag dual na card or mag OC?

550w is more than enough for dual core, single video card configurations. Truth of the matter is, good 550w PSUs can handle quad core, sli/crossfire configurations, with 3-5 drives, and a lot of bling, its just that at that point, the power supply would be running at 90-100% most of the time, thereby stressing it and causing less efficiency, also shortening its lifespan.

And for the record, I would never risk quality PC components on a generic PSU... just my 2 cents... ^^
