Good day guys... ask lang ko if unsay angay buhaton? Several years ago, i have a registered store but i closed it in 2006. Wat will happen if lukat ko og new dti certificate and apply for a new mayor's permit?

I am thinking nga if hasul gani kay name sa akong wife lang akong iregister...

I would suggest to clear your previous business name, bayad lang ka penalty sa cityhall and sa BIR. so the next time you will apply, wla na problema. I had done this na on my two previous businesses. Basta deli ma retire ug taron sa bookeeper hassle gyud kaayo coz dako mabayaran nya makita gyud sa computer imong ngalan. Or pwede sad if you still want to use that old name, bayaran nalang ang penalties..

Yah, your right it will make some a little bit hasul on your part registering the new business under your name, the proper way is you go to the city hall and apply for affidavit a closure of your past negosyo, for your name to cleared and go again to DTI to apply a new one, para pag adto nimo balik sa city hall for new application for new business, makita nila sa imo file that your a good business man because you first close your old business, kay wla na naman kato nag operate,i think makabayad ka ana ug gamay kay wala man ka nag proper closed ato niya, but gamay ra man siguro kay nag file naman ka ug closure.
