When I do have kids of my own, I'll make sure I'll be a hands-on Mom for a few years.
Then I can go back to my business perhaps once my kids are in their late elementary
years because it is very crucial especially in their formative years when they pick up
and emulate things from their parents and it is the most significant time for me to bond
with my kids. From experience, I grew up thinking my nanny was my Mom coz she was
way too busy with the business or with her friends. That's why I have this strong desire
to change all that and not let my kids experience that.

In the line of work I'm in, I've witnessed a lot of kids who are troubled and misguided just
because they lack familial support specifically in their younger years. They have dysfunctional
way of thinking in terms of values instilled in them. And this is so sad. I'm not even judging nor
badmouthing those who are working moms but I just hope that they will still prioritize their kids
and not let the demands of their work rob them off as their role as parents to their kids.

Career woman ko before my eldest. When he turned 1, I went back to work. after 5 years, my daughter arrived. after 2 months, I went back to work. Sa usa pa among baby, kami duha sa akong bana nag work, so dako income BUT our son was left to Yayas. Karon nga duha na, he stopped working to take care of them while nagpaabot mo abroad. Income kay medyo short at times pero happy akong mga anak kay Papa ang kauban. I am not concerned about spending time with my children because I am good in time management. Proud ko mo sulti nga wala ko nagkulang ug time and attention sa akong mga anak and husband even if working ko. It takes a lot of patience, compromise and focus jud. Simple raman ang akong mind set: I know what I want and I should know how to get it.

mag work ang nindot kay dili kaayo low og self-esteem ang baye... you need to learn time management and lots of support from your immediate family instead na mudepend sa katabang nga way buot.

Just because you're a working mommy doesn't mean that you can't take part in your children's lives. It's about time management. I'm working in the night shift and i manage to spend time with my 6 month old baby. a lot of time in fact. see, i go off work at 5am, i sleep a bit then around 8am ako na mag bantay sa baby until 3pm, when i can hand him over to the yaya na. it's just a lil sacrifice. besides, its really good helping out your hubby with expenses, aside from that you dont need to ask him na for money and stuff coz you have your own dba?

being a working mom is good man sab. as said, time management is really needed to be able to shuttle between your working world and your mommy life. super sayang man sab ang 4 or5 yrs spent to get a degree then when we have a kid, will juz drop everything.

    depende sa icome sa bana..
if ang inome sa bana dako kaau nga makabui ug big family then y not stay at home ...

peor if income sa imo bana kulang ra sa iyang kaugalingon..nah manarbaho jud..
