When you consider rich, u consider income+assets VS. liabilities If liability is higher than income, its wishful thinking . Our earnings goes to debt payout. So if impas all utang, then u can consider status. If not, its full of crap.

Thats y gwen can brag that cebu province is rich because it has 0 Debt and assets+income are steadily climbing.

IT park is owned and operated by the Cebu province. I dont think it will happen , not while tomas is in office lol well, Another IT park but not related to IT park in lahug will surely be a welcome site in SRP.
