    kapoy man exercise, cardio, sit-ups og uban pa. nag try kog inom fitne pero dako ra japon akong tummy,dako man gud kog kaon hehe..

    giandaman ang amo outing last summer..

    but yeah..asa man ta palit aning hiphop abs? nakakita ko tv man to oi..

    cg ko jog..mao ra ghpon.. sit ups..sakit tyan..kapoy pod lagi sahay..

    once a week naa baya ko sa Abellana cg lang jog ug brisk walking para pod ma healthy ako heart.
    ang tyan lang gyud.... huhu..
