when you can't quit your bad habit, close your eyes and imagine this:
put your bad habit in a silent room, in a platform like in the altar. imagine yourself infront of it, kneeling and worshipping your bad habit. think abou this, i am more powerful than my bad habit, why would i worship it? think that you should be in control of yourself, and should influence the things around you. Not you being influenced by these things. Now, extend your arm, imagine that you are grabbing the bad habit and throwing it in a wall, smashing it to pieces. Now imagine yourself walking out in the dark room and embracing your loved ones.
do it 5 times a day and hopefully it will help you.
