iemanja thanks bro... sorry kaayo kay bc2x ko gamay, e try ni nako nga settings kay until now wala pa gyud ma solved. naka try ka gamit sa software nga dala sa driver bro? actually mao gyud ako gigamit, same ra ang settings sa printer as u mention above?

Basin wala nimo na change ang paper type to glossy inig print nimo. basin naka set siya sa plain paper. Kay mo matter man gud sad na bro.

cjkent, i've already made prints. nindot na man akong prints. wa gyud ko reklamo na. i will try to post later unsa gyud akong final na settings. so far the only problem ive encountered kai some parts of the "professional photo paper" ako gigamit. okay kaayo before nako i print but for some photos naay part sa paper na murag dili mo absorb sa ink tarong and naa very small lines ako makita up close. dili gyud cya major problem but if you really take a good look, you will notice it. i will try other kinds of paper soon. post nako later ako final settings. i did not use the software that comes with the epson printer. what im using now is the trial version of fotoslate. easy to use. free to use for 30 days i think.

kasuway sad ko using photoshop and windows and same good quality ako nakuha. the very first print nga ako gi himo tho using photoshop nya wala pa to nako ma usab ang settings - naka default pa to - pareho gyud ana imo gi describe nga yellow ra kaayo. then after nako gi set to the settings mentioned in my previous post, nindot na. a little brighter than "best photo setting" but ang best photo is closest to my monitor colors.

unsa inyo ma suggest na photopaper? i bought the "professional photo paper" from chipmunk's shop. okay bya unta except for that problem about the small lines ako gi ingon.

don't generalize it. there are lots of ciss owners now who are happy with. one just need to learn in taking care of it to gain good outputs.

what lines are those? colored, white, or black? i am using also our photo papers for my photo-hobby but i haven't encountered such. have you tried cleaning the nozzles?

chipmunk, anhaon nya tika imo shop ha. puede ra? ill show you kai satisfied na ta gyud unta ko with the paper except for the lines na mo show up sometimes sa picture. i have not encountered the lines on epson paper so maybe sa professional photo paper gyud cya? dili man cya lines nga black or white - naa gihapon cya printed colors but naa angle sa light nga maklaro na mura naa groove in some parts of the photo. if it were a nozzle problem, mo show up ba cya consistently all through out the picture? ang kini kai mura cya mo cover ug small area lang then dili sad sa rollers ang agi kai the part where the lines showed, wala man ma agi.an sa rollers. anyhow, bitaw, i hope ma figure out unsa cause ani kai im okay na unta with the paper and there are some prints na totally wala problem and dili sad cya often mo happen which makes me think na inherent defect on that portion and that piece of photopaper ra gyud on which it appears on.

anyway, im seldom only there in the shop. are the colors purple? no, there are hundreds to thousands of microscopic nozzles in the printer's head. if there is an abnormal print line persistently in a certain area, mostly a nozzle under the particular head cavity of the printer has a problem. some models of epson printers also are very sensitive to consumables used. specially i believe you are using genuine cartridges which are solely designed to have sensitive compatibility with its corresponding genuine photo media.

although i haven't experienced that kind of problem using the photo papers supplied by inknovation but i do had experienced in purple lines long before(when we didn't have inknovation yet) with old cd-r king stocks of premium photo papers with my epson r290. epson indeed are superior in head technology specially when we talk about extreme details in printing but they have really sensitive heads plus prone to clogs. epson heads are superior but needs tender loving care^^
