really why is that?..I heard nindot kunu siya. So what proc is better then..an intel C2Q?

[2] underwhelming performance vs. Core 2
[3] consumes higher power while on load vs. Core 2

bottom line: phenom is (not phenom II, mind you), clock for clock, slower than C2Q.

get a fast dual core if you're into programming and gaming only. don't get a quad unless you render 3d, create hi-def movies. that way, you can have more GPU power for your games, or more RAM for your apps, or more HDD space for your files. if you really need to go quad, get a penryn(even a kentsfield) or a phenom II.

so i might as well get a C2Q?..bro could you give me an advice to build a PC for 23-25k..and kanang nindot ba sa gaisano interpace?.they say mas cheap ang mga specs kesa sa pcx..but what i want to know is that, are the specs that they sell are original and not secondhand.

get a C2D. you don't need quad that much.

find your parts @ pcx.com.ph or @ gaisano-interpace.com. there are a lot of selections. get a 250GB HDD, an HD4850(if makaya pa sa budget), PDC E5500, etc.

how bout sa gaisano interpace, i read one of the topics na mas barato ang mga pc specs. nila kesa sa pcx.i canvassed specs from their pricelist including the 2.5% interest.

PROC: Core 2 duo E7400 - 5735 Php
MOBO: Interl DG41TY - 3890 Php
GPU: 512mb INNO3d GF9800GT - 5326 Php
RAM: 2GB Kingston - 1328 Php
PSU: HEC Raptop 500w - 2300 Php <= (where can i buy these and can this supply the 9800gt?)
HDD: 160GB WD SATA- 1840 Php
Case: A501 w/ 500w SLVR-blk Transparent- 1328 Php

then sa monitor less than 3k ako budget...

you should be able to get one from pcx or some other local shops...
btw if your not an nvidia fanboi, go for the 4770, you can get if from manila for 5k + 150 shipping, beats the the 9800gt, I'm neutral btw, hehehe

save a bit and get an LCD, samsung 17" widescreen costs around 5k-6k, but go for 19" or higher to maximize your video card...
