Deca homes with their slogan as DECALIDAD.. but beware and before buying any unit from them just make sure that you visit the site. you will notice the poor workmanship and substandard materials used.

My friend bought a unit in Mandaue and he spend money to rectify the leaking lavatory, the misaligned stairway.

The unit is not partitioned in the second floor, there is no tiles in the floor except the kitchen sink, the hinges are already rusty, there is not even a single bulb present and most of all it is painted on first coating only and the nails are sticking out... talking about decalidad in here..

Is this really what is happening in the real estate industry now? you get a bare unit and spend more money to improve your unit?

so better be aware if this is worth the price you get for compared to other developers.

One last thing if you have a complain it will only fall on deaf ears.. sort of nothing was heard. a good way to treat their customers.
