since much of teh people never moved from century to century, thats a considerable period of history during which people where marrying their own cousins. since royalty tried to marry royalty, teher was a similar entwining of most royal families in europe.

eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt were cousins. Many of the marriages in Rothschild banking family have been betwen cousins. marriages between cousins are common in Japan , Switzerland and of course many nomadic and tribal cultures.

my point is that the primary reason why incest is not alowed is because of the genetic defect thattheir children may acquire. therefore it could assumed taht incest only applies to hetero pairings and not with homo pairings..

im not saying that incest is something to be proud of but most people think that incest relationships are gross, nad or whatever they want to call it but most of them only have that view because of what teh society has imposed on them. naturally we would think that it shouldnt be accepted but once we are in the position taht they are in our opinins may instantly change...

we shouldnt be judgemental to anyone especially if we dont know the person well..

to the person who posted this...im not saying that you give up but instead fight for your love...if you really do love your partner then you would know what to do...telling the parents would be quite low cause instead your partner might hate you for that...
