    mayta na agree kag na liable sila if unsa ma daot sa imo.... but it is also your perogative to charge them because in the first place deli baya ikaw ang nakasala sila baya... maau unta bossing if dd2 ka palit sa ilang products kana surew jud ko pwede ka reklamo... but why not let the manager know og unsa mahimo diba>? if wala ang parehas na sa gi ingon ni poldo nga charged to experince

    yeah.... im making my complain letter at this moment.

    klaro bya jd kau na gi hulog. if wala pako didto, hala as if nothing ra jd cgro cla... coz even if naa ko, mu hugas gud sa iyang kamot! tsk tsk tsk

    hmm... make a letter na lang (not threatening).
    Ask the shop for replacement, otherwise kita na lang mo sa court.
    they lose money, you lose money, both of you lose.

    better settle for replacement. kalimta na lang ang files.
    otherwise, sa court na lang mo mu settle for the damages.

    ^ bad idea. this not only wastes resources but time as well. siguro sa DTI ra ni i-settle kung magka-reklamohay.

    as for loose, its lose. loose is lu-ag, lose is mawagtangan.

    lagi.. better settle na lang. kay it's a waste of time and money.

    my friend used this strategy.
    in the end, they both settled for an agreement.
    fix what ever damages/unsatisfactory work.

    btw - it's home repair. they did more harm than fixes.

    Ask for a replacement sa hdd nga nahulog. (Same brand, same model or approximate equivalent) The owner is trying to squirm his way out of paying for their negligence.

    Whats the name sa store and the name sa owner?

    If he gives you a hard time, tell him that you will share your experience in this forum so people will know to avoid his store.

    Don't believe the explanation nila about the hdd being already broken BEFORE it was dropped as they have no way to prove that.

    Liable sila nga mo ilis kung nahagbong gyud ang imong HD. Good condition pa imong HD pag hatag nimu nila so it should be working or should be in good condition as well pagkuha nimu. Ga DANGS ra diay to ang technician.
