mao bitaw nga gbutangan ug Capacity Limit para precautionary measure.

overloading is overloading wala na laing rason nganong nawad-an ug break.

    di jud ghapon kasabot!

There should be inspections of cars/vehicles every 3 or 6 months for road safety (depend on how old is you vehicle/s)
and a bigger penalty as well.

Here in New Zealand as I have observed Car owners do the following. (a must do)
    - Go to service center days before the Warrant of Fitness expired (WOF) (Road Worthiness)
    - This include changing of oils, aligning, tires check, light checks and much more.
    - Capacity is capacity means no overloading
    - Speed limit is always observed. (else street surveillance camera is always at your service)
    - 3 stage systems to become a responsible drivers (strict exam policy from Learners-Restricted-Full License)
    - always wear seat belt of pay the hefty fines.
    - most of all cars always has its insurance ready (mao walay away kung maka-bangga)

I know we do have these rules in the Philippines but this still go on how disciplined those agencies are.
if only our LTO are strict enough (and other agencies related to road safety) then people will follow.

    Just my humble opinion
