I didn't know there was such a package available! I would definitely have gotten it if there was!
Are you sure the it is the 1000HE that had that promo? The 1000HE is the latest model, and I dunno if they would be trying to promote it so heavily being that it's BRAND new...most stores don't even have it yet! Maybe it's the 1000H that has a promo, i know it's only P19,500 if you pay cash for it, maybe they're trying to move the old "H" units with that promo.
In fact, I walked all around Ayala and SM Northwing Cyberzone looking for the 1000HE, and the ONLY store that had the 1000HE was the SM Thinking Tools (even the Asus "store" didn't have it!). They wouldn't even give me any discount for paying cash! I paid P23,995 for the PC ONLY and P1,180 for a 2GB RAM stick!

OHHHHHH boy, confession time...

I already bought the white one...the black one is actually mine, the day after i bought it, my friend from the states tells me he's coming to cebu 2nd week of may (to visit his ugly, money-sucking gf but i digress)...

well I'm REALLY selling this to get a Macbook... i only bought this becuase m1y current mac crapped out and there's no way i can afford to get a Mac here, it's just TOOO expensive here. That's why i can't trade it... in fact, being that i really like apple, i even have OSX running on the eeepc! IF it wasn't for the fact that the apple was coming from the states I wouldn't even be selling this!

SOOO, that's why i need the cash and can't trade it...
