A prominent wealthy person here in Cebu once said that there are alot of smart and intellegent guys but don't have savings. They have it in their mind that if they can get big income, they are wealthy but it isn't. The truly wealthy people have multiple passive income streams even that guy stops working, money is still working for his family. Build passive income one at a time. The cons in making passive income is not built overnight, it needs a lot of discpline, coaching, patience and hardwork before is begins to generate passive income. He also said that there is no such thing as get rich quick scheme, it needs time to be built.

I also read a book that says that the number one common trait of all wealthy & successful people they have interviewed is INTEGRITY. (doing the RIGHT things).
