i-hibernate lang nah if hasolan ka og huwat sa start-up... you can completely turn off your pc if i-hibernate nimo...
restart lang from time-to-time...

- optimize your startup and running services still with msconfig
- use disk cleanup
- clean your registry with Registry Mechanic 8 [paspas kaau ni and gamay rah ang installation file and always safe... nakatry ku ug uban registry cleaner, naguba man nuun ang pc... tested na gyud ni...]
- optimize to remove spaces on your registry still with Registry Mechanic 8
- use disk defragmenter and defragment everything
- once disk defragmenter has finished defragmenting your hard disk drive...
* open cmd as administrator
*type "defrag c: -b" without the quotes, ang gigamit diri kay drive c: kung asa naka install ang windows, change it to your active windows drive letter
