IMHO, LCD's even S-IPS and H-IPS still have a long way to go in terms of improvement, but the lower end TN panels did improve significantly for a short amount of time.

Up until now CRT lng gihapon akong gamit nga monitor.
I've always dreamed of having an LCD yet hadlok lng ko based on other people's
feedbacks about it..nga dali ra daw maguba. Kontra daw ang abog so need ang aircon..
Naa daw nipalit brand new, ga-hulog (installment basis) pa, guba na ang LCD...
and all that...
I've read gud stuff about it sad..

Try unta nko bsan second hand lng. And I'm hovering the ads right now.

1. it will break if you abuse it, always touching the screen and throwing things around like mga basketball or tennis ball is just asking for it. OBVIOUSLY take care of you stuff. like ako, no liquid policy in my room.

2. kontra ang abog so need ang aircon!?! ROFLMAO, who told you that crap? thats total bull, LCDs are beautiful to look at, WHY WOULD YOU NOT CLEAN IT ONCE IN A WHILE?

3. your friend na LCD na nahulog = careless, get a stable table and make sure it wont fall off by proper cable and wire management.

1 year na gud ni ako lcd tapos murag katolo ragud nko e-off ako computer sa usa ka month..

besides naa sad na cla warranty..

My best upgrade last year was a 22" LCD. For a year wla jud ko blema.

may lcd monitor from LG is still so alive.. 3 years nani. and used in an unconditioned place. so far wala jud blema
