IC. pero kung guarenteed jud ilang connections, nganung murag safe man kaayo sila in terms of their CIR. i know that PLDT's CIR sometimes fails coz di man gyud moabot sa CIR ang ihatag nga speed. pero ang globe kay 64kbps CIR. murag safe kaayo sa ilang side^^

yeah i get it. pero what if they only give me at least 64kbps everyday? di ba wala koy pwede ireklamo ana kay CIR gud. mao man gud na ang reasong nganung nag duha duha pa jud ko kung mo dayon ba ko sa globe.

CIR means you won't get below 64kbps....

pero so far luag man kaayo ang globe dili overloaded...

di ba ang Php3000 package is limited for only 3 PCs? how come i happen to know an iCAFE owner who has 20 PCs then he got the 3000 package?

ang CIR per unit na? tingali mao ra gyud na makuha nimo nga speed unya divided by the number of units active. kapait kung 64kbs / 20?! lolz nana!

mao lagi. kay naa silay CIR maong no questions ang mga customers if ever they will be given only a little above CIR. mao na akong point. sa US man gud walay CIR CIR. ISPs search for the best way para makuha sa mga consumers ilang pinaka kusog nga speed.
