bisan banana & water lang ka every morning unya wala ka exercise, dili gihapon effective ang losing weight...
i heard this kind of diet.. kami kay if magplay mi ug badminton kay mo kaon mi before sa game ug banana.. dapat diet and exercise jd dunganon para effective..

grabe man ka acidic ang banana... mao dli jud ko magsilbi ani kon mag diet2 ko... though i really love banana a lot..
