i think LytSlpr is raising a good point... the thing is, other than the reclaimed lands, there's no other place (so far) i could think of where UP High can be moved to. for CDU to be in NRA is expensive enough for the middle class students studying there... how much more for the supposedly down and out highschool students to commute each day?
lisod kaay ipangita ug lugar like lahug, na accessible kaayo for public transportation..

i'd have to disagree with what cottonmouth said though. it's true, what the country really needs is equal, efficient AND affordable quality education for EVERYONE. but we have to admit; we don't have enough money. it costs lesser to maintain one highschool than to even try and improve the educational system on this island. let's just hope that these students, when they graduate, remember the burden placed upon them by this country.

yeah, we have cebu science high, cscst, abellana, normal university and philippine science high for visayas in iloilo.
no offense, but UP in Cebu in general hasn't FULLY served its purpose and that is an undisputable fact.

i agree on lytslpr, sitting in a very valuable land and the institution cant even afford to sustain itself. Better move the facility for the sake of keeping UP High Alive.

ni take man lagi ako niece ug entrance exam sa UP karon lang nga month para high school. hago2x lang diay to ang mga ni take. nibalibad nalang unta sila.
