yeah i always do 30 minute stretching including some curl ups and push ups which are the basic needs to the dance style. i did got injured wrist and ankle injuries but it didn't stop me from practising anad na sa sakit. pero hinay2x lang ko pagpractise in doing some freezes and the steps.... head spinning and flares still haven't got there. hehehehe!!! sometimes sa work i do some practise almost everyday cgro ko cge sayaw but not all the time... hehehehe!!!!
