For me:

Cebu voters as of this present is the smartiest voters in the whole country. We cebuanos are wise enough when it comes to politics. We choose a leaders which are capable to govern our country by all means.
Cebu voters are the big help in GMA's presidential victory. We choose the right one not by popularity but rather base on what they've made for the benefits of the entire nation.

Go...Go... Cebu........ we are the strongest and the powerful wise voters.....
