+1 for this. "Paracetamol is probably the safest pain reliever" doesn't mean it can't do any harm. Talk to your pediatrician.

kinsa nkasuway og take og paracetamol like "biogesic" bisag nag breastfeed,,,,ky gihilantan man gud ko nya kuyawan ko mo inom, bsin dli pwede....

ok ra inom ingon akong OB and pedia sa akong baby..angay ra nga dili ipa-inom sa atong baby atong breastmilk if ang mom kay ngtake medication para cancer, ng-radiation..
