double check lang una physical connection bai... then if dili ghapon, check browser settings, disable firewall for testing purposes, if wala ghapon try using other browser... try sad tawag sa manufacturer sa modem bai if kailangan ba i-configure ang modem..if all fails contact ISP for further TS.

LAC is located in network connections for XP, network and sharing center for VISTA...LAC will tell you if you have successfully connected to the net.

Sakto ilang gisulti. I try ug ping ang Google kung wala gani lost it means naay connection coming from your ISP.

Na try na pod ni nako but using Windows XP nga computer. Maka ping pero walay Internet but kung naka safe mode ang computer naay Internet. Even Dell people cannot solve the issue and there last option is reformat which is unacceptable but since im out of option gi reformat and it came back to normal.

vista user ko bro. i encountered that problem. connected ko sa network. ako mga kauban ka internet pero ako dili. pag check nako sa icon sa network sa lower right kay wala ang globe sa icon. meaning ang access nimo kay local ra walay labot sa internet. gi try nako fix pero di ma fix sa windows. sayon ra man pag fix diay. i change lang ang ip address kay naa nagka pareha ug ip address sa network. to do this go to network connections. next right click then select properties. nya properties dayon sa internet protocol version four.

I think what your trying to say here is ang computer connected sa modem nagka IP address conflict sa network sa ISP? Its impossible.

Since IP address was given by your ISP is dynamic it will change after maybe an hour or a day. And the static IP address assigned will no longer work.

Try checking network discovery under Network and Sharing Center Page, make sure its on, not custom or off. and also, try unchecking ipv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) under Local Area Connection Properties but leave ipv4 checked
