sis, it is not actually LBM it will be an secretion of stool but what will majorly be included is the fats in your body. Usually we pour out fats during exercise by going to gym and jogging etc. but on fit right on the other hand is another way. Actually if "magkalibang" ka healthy na cya but LBM is other way caused by viral infection(diarrhea) and its already different story. If you like, you can try. Thanks for the orders keep it coming.
